WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Enjoy FREE UK delivery on every order. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Measure the widest part of your Frenchie’s chest and compare it with our size guide. The adjustable straps allow you to fine-tune the fit. If your Frenchie falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

WHAT IS IT MADE FROM?

The harness combines a soft padded polyester body with durable nylon webbing and robust metal attachment points. The leash uses easy-clean PVC-coated webbing with metal hardware. Hand wash the harness and wipe the leash clean, then allow both to air-dry naturally.

WHAT IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition. Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

“Most harnesses used to rub under his front legs, especially on longer walks. The MONTI feels much softer and sits comfortably across his chest. He looks completely at ease in it.”

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your Frenchie’s first MONTI walk.

01 Why is the MONTI harness suited to Frenchies?

Frenchies have a broad chest, compact body and sensitive neck. The MONTI harness uses a padded chest design and multiple adjustment points to create a secure fit while distributing pressure across the body rather than concentrating it around the neck.

02 Which leash attachment point should I use?

Use the front attachment point when you need more guidance and control. The back attachment is ideal for relaxed, everyday walks. The additional attachment points give you more flexibility depending on your Frenchie and the situation.

03 Can I choose a different colour for each item?

Yes. With the Complete Walk Set, you can select the harness, leash and poo bag holder colours separately. Choose a fully matching set or create your own MONTI colour combination.

04 What is included in the Complete Walk Set?

The set includes the MONTI Frenchie Harness, the MONTI Everyday PVC Leash, a FREE matching poo bag holder and the FREE Frenchie Walk & Comfort Guide.

05 Can I personalise the leash with my Frenchie’s name?

Yes. Personalisation can be added for an additional £8. It is optional and is not automatically included with the Complete Walk Set. Please check the spelling carefully, as personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

06 Is the harness suitable for Frenchie puppies?

Yes, provided your puppy’s measurements fall within the sizing chart. The adjustable straps allow you to refine the fit as they grow. Check the fit regularly and never leave your puppy unattended while wearing the harness.

07 How should I clean my MONTI walk set?

Gently hand-wash the harness using mild soap and lukewarm water, then allow it to air-dry completely. Wipe the leash and bag holder clean with a damp cloth. Avoid bleach, tumble-drying and prolonged soaking of the metal hardware.
